To chyba skomplikowane?

Cześć,
Dziś zacząłem mieć problemy z wchodzeniem na różne strony np lidla, biedronki, i wiele innych.  Ekran w firefoxie pokazuje jakby nie było internetu lub połączenia  z daną stroną.
Dzieje się to na różnych komputerach, w różnych przeglądarkach... na telefonie także.
Sprawę naprawia VPN - wówczas łączy mnie od razu z daną stroną.
Problem wydaję się być losowy, po resecie routera niektóre strony zaczęły się ładować, inne nie.
Podjąłem próby skanu malwarebytes free ale na razie czekam na wyniki, wykonałem również kilka skanów emisoft emergency kit w kierunku malware to nic nie znalazło. 

Miałem tydzień temu podobną historię z jedną stroną, o której istnieniu nie wiedziałem, ale pojawiała się w wyszukiwaniach tego co akurat potrzebowałem, tylko nie mogłem na Nią wejść.
Po pewnym czasie stwierdziłem że coś jest grubo nie tak i włączyłem ją przez VPN i zadziałało. Napisałem do Nich na FB i mi odpowiedzieli że to informatycy ustawili IDS "nadgorliwie" i powinno już wszystko banglać. No i działa... tylko nie rozumiem o co chodzi z innymi stronami, jak to diagnozować, czy może mieć z tym cokolwiek wspólnego to że mieszkam w DE ? Kwestia wirusów? Malware? Sprzętu? Dostawcy? Czemu reset routera miał w ogóle na to wpływ?
