Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 SDK - brak podglądu telefonu

Witam. Mam problem z wyżej wymienionym programem. Musze napisać 3 programy a niestety środowisko odmawia mi posłuszeństwa. Ściągnąłem je z oficjalnej stromy, czyli MSDN.

W miejscu gdzie powinien być podgląd mam tylko takie coś:
