An average teenager often doesn't think about what is the impact and results of lack of sleep.
The scientists warn against staying up late and, after that getting up early; for example,after four
hours of sleep.
The latest research shows that lack of deep sleep could have bad effects on the human organism.
Firstly, sleeping too short is bad for our brain, because when you haven't slept well, the connections between neurons haven't created in the same scale instead as if you've had a fulltime(for teenagers 8 hours) sleep with the phase R.E.M.
Secondly, when you do not sleep 8-7 hours;that can affects on your mood. Have you noticed that sleepless night might make your behaviour more aggresive and impulsive?

Fourthly, well-rested people better handle stressful situations and have more energy to work, to learn - generally to activity.
So, how can we encourage adolescents to go to bed early and get up early?
