Witam. Mam problem, nie moge sie zalogowac do gry, a na stronie jak sie zaloguje pisze " Account suspended" i taka wiadomosc:

Z tego co zrozumialem mam jakies wirusy/keylogery na dysku, zaktualizowalem program antywirusowy i sciagnalem firewalla. Co mam dalej zrobic zeby odblokowac konto?

Skontaktuj się z Supportem Blizzarda. Najprawdopodobniej ktoś dostał w swoje ręce twoje dane potrzebne do logowania. Jeśli jedynym komputerem, który używasz do gry w WoW jest twój własny komputer, to najprawdopodobniej masz na nim jakiegoś loggera. Jeśli oprogramowanie służące ci do zabezpieczenia twojego komputera nic nie widzi to spróbuj użyć innego. Jeśli nadal nic nie znajdzie, ja osobiście bym formatował dysk bo nie masz gwarancji, że się syfu pozbyłeś.

Dodatkowo kup sobie Blizzard Authenticator - można kupić w sklepie Blizzarda za nie całe 5 funtów, a masz praktycznie 100% gwarancji, że twoje konto jest bezpieczne. Osobiście używam jednego dla każdego mojego konta, ale można użyć jednego dla wszystkich kont jeśli oczywiście masz więcej.

Z tego co wyczytałem to Blizz Ci wysłał nowe losowe wygenerowane hasło na Twojego maila. Spróbuj się teraz tym hasłem zalogować a jak się uda to wbij na stronę WoWa i na swoje konto, po czym zmień to hasło na jakieś nowe i skomplikowane. No i często skanuj dysk dobrym antywirusem.

Mam ten sam problem hasło nie zostało zmienione, e-mail też, ktoś założyl authcionera czy jak mu tam na moje konto i nie gra na nim, sprawdziłem wszystkie postacie na armory cały sprzęt jest, nic, nic może ktoś pomóc jakieś linki do blizza, telefony itp?
