bodies of the fallen. One man yet stood. It was Dalgarden, mighty
fighter of the north country. It had been his men that started the
war but the monsters that finished it. Nothing that yet stood could
stop the armies of Tremoda. Dalgarden whistled for his hawk. The
great bird sailed out over the battlefield, staying low as not to
catch the eye of a black dragon above. Dalgarden took the reins as
the bird passed by. He would fly to the land of Aqutain. Maybe there
someone would have the intestinal fortitude to stand up to the demon
